Your content
You own everything you record and write in Voxfolio. You give us permission only to store, process and display it so the service works for you, including sending audio for transcription when that setting is on.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan is free with the limits shown on the pricing page.
- New accounts get a 14-day Plus trial with no card required. When it ends, the account moves to Free automatically.
- Plus is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings, then Manage billing. Plus continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it (USD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR or CAD), based on where you are, and you're charged in that currency at checkout. Prices exclude any taxes that apply. If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't use Voxfolio to break the law, to record other people where that requires their consent and you don't have it, or to attack or overload the service.
Availability
We work hard to keep Voxfolio running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Please keep your own exports of anything you can't afford to lose.
Not medical advice
Voxfolio is a journal. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis or medical advice.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can so you can export your journal.
